I wanted to post a quick public service announcement. I'm not going to ramble on about this, but they want to put a commuter rail system in on the old rail bed that currently hosts the rail-trail system that I ride on frequently. While it sounds like a good idea, a commuter rail system between Clarksville and Nashville simply won't work. Additionally the rail-trail is potentially of much greater benefit to all the communities that would be directly affected by the change.
